Great addition to the area. Not your average Insomnia, it's a big space with room to move. Love that they are open late. Wish there was a CookieLab here instead of having to go into Philadelphia. Staff is very friendly.

Rebecca was handling the cookie date night for Valentines Day weekend. She was very helpful and enthusiastic about the company and products. She spoke very highly of the company and there incentives. She seated us and provided our cookies and drinks. Cookies were fresh. She had energy the entire time. She almost took a photo us at the end for us for the store, and for us. She made the experience worth it. Hopefully, there will be more events at Insomnia. In addition, the front staff young lady was very nice with high energy. The guy was help helpful as well. The staff at this location was great.

This is merely a personal observation not factual statements. But why every time I walk into an insomnia cookies and see a YT woman making the cookies I contemplate walking out. Serious question why do YT woman like to eat half baked cookies??? Cookies still raw in the middle??? Smh, I eat them in Philly I never have this problem. This location and Glassboro have this issue often. The cookies take at least 10 mins to bake, they taste like they eye them or forgot to put on the timer. Idk still it taste decent but please COOK THE COOKIE ALLL THE WAY THROUGH!! If the cookie is small like this and the chocolate chips ain’t cooked all the way through (Looking blocky) then they’re not done yet. Thanks in advance.

Came in for the first time and got a 6-pack for $22. For one of them to be a broken-off half of a whole cookie, I’m pretty disappointed. You can’t even see the cookies when you’re picking flavors. To have a whole tray and put a small half of a cookie in the box when the store is completely empty anyway doesn’t make sense to me. They were also completely out of the limited time flavor I wanted. At only 5 pm on a Thursday… Literally never seen more than one car outside. Still tipped though.

Came for the vegan cookie- did not disappoint! Super tiny & adorable cookie shop. Stopped in with my partner for an after dinner treat. They have a nice selection of fresh baked cookies along with THREE vegan choices (birthday cake, choco chip & double choc chip) - all vegan! Kudos to the woman working because my partner got a non vegan cookie & she was thoughtful to ask if I wanted the vegan one bagged separate! Cookie was warm, fresh & soft! Will be bake for more vegan cookies! Hope to see more vegan flavors pop up!
